Each room can accommodate up to 2 people, both adults and children. The only exception is for babies up to 2 years old, who stay for free in any room type.

The heating and air conditioning system is centralised and regulated according to national regulations. Generally, heating cannot be activated before 15 November and must be turned off by 15 April, unless otherwise directed by the authorities.

Varenna can be reached by train (4 min) from Bellano-Tartavalle Terme, or by car/motorbike taking the Sp72 (5 min).

The best way to reach Bellagio/Menaggio/Lenno is by boat/ferry.

Como can be reached by hydrofoil or by car.
For information on Bellano-Como navigation see Lake Como Navigation Timetables. Tickets are purchased on the day at the pier. They cannot be bought online or booked in advance.
By car, take the SS36 from Bellano towards Milan and take the exit for Como-Erba.

It is a 10-minute walk.

We do not have a Restaurant in the Hotel yet, opening is planned for spring 2026, but we offer a free shuttle to Ristorante La Veranda dei Pescatori, with a lake view above Varenna.

In the centre of Bellano and along the lakeside there are options for lunch/dinner. We will be happy to advise you.
